--a very big room (appx 250sqft) to rent. we are friendly people, one australian girl, and one hong kong girl, both young professinal. the whole flat size 1050 sqft, 3 bedrooms.
--the flat is fully furnished(TV, DVD player, washing machine, fridge, phone etc etc...). your room has one bed, and one super big closet.
--there is only 3mins walk to TIN HAU MTR(one station next to causeway bay), and 10mins walk to causeway bay.
--if you like to do some sport, victorial park is just at the opposite. -- tennis, jogging, basketball etc etc.
--supermarket, shops, restaurants, everything is in the neighbourhood. (tin hau is a very good location, not too crowd but clost to causeway bay)
--internet is provided.
--bills are excluded from the rent. (we share the bill, appx $300 per month)
-- people have MANY girlfriends, and boyfriends (e.g. different women every night) is not suitable for this flat. (regular bf/gf is ok)
