offering free rent in sheung shui, new territories area to someone eligible.

i am looking for someone that has either the following:

-owns their own business that you operate from home
-house wife who is home all day (who can move to my apartment, husband can come, just no children)
-someone who works at night and can be home during the day

i can offer you an apartment to live in for free if you assist me with the following:

-accept packages (1 or 2+ times a day, mostly every other day)
-deliver parcels to post office (5 minutes from apartment), once a day, if there are any
-retrieve letters or parcels from po box

must be home each day between 10am to 6pm, monday through friday. going out for 30-60 minutes is ok, however anything longer then we could miss opportunity of receiving a package.

i mainly live in shenzhen, so the apartment will be mostly yours. however time to time i will come visit and or spend the night in the other bedroom.

i prefer to find someone who has their own computer so we can keep communication by msn or email.
